Notice applicable to the Automotive AI 24 website.
1. Data controller
Automotive AI 24 S.r.l., Via 4 Novembre 44, 98050 Terme Vigliatore (ME), Italy, VAT/Tax ID 03878030836, REA ME-266637, certified email automotiveai24@pec.it, is the data controller.
Privacy requests may be sent to sales@automotiveai24.ai or to the certified email automotiveai24@pec.it. No DPO has been appointed.
2. Data processed
The website may process technical security and connection data, language and cookie preferences, questions sent to Assistente AI 24 and information voluntarily entered in the dealership profile.
The profile may include dealership and contact details, role, location, inventory and team size, tools, channels and business goals. We do not request sensitive data, documents, passwords or payment data.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Data is used to operate and secure the website, remember preferences, answer requests, prepare a proposal or demo and, only with consent, measure the website and campaigns.
Legal bases include requested pre-contractual steps, legitimate interests in security and service operation, legal obligations and consent for optional analytics and marketing. There is no newsletter subscription.
4. Assistente AI 24
Chat questions are sent over a protected connection to OpenAI to generate replies. Automotive AI 24 does not intentionally store the free-form chat history in its own database.
API data is not used by OpenAI to train models by default and may be retained temporarily under the applicable API terms. Do not enter sensitive or unnecessary personal data.
5. Providers and transfers
Relevant providers may include Vercel (hosting), Supabase (EU-region profile storage), OpenAI (answers) and, after consent, Google and Meta (measurement and campaigns).
Transfers outside the EEA rely on an adequacy decision or GDPR safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses under the relevant agreements.
6. Retention
Commercial profiles are normally retained only as needed to handle the request and for no longer than 24 months after the last relevant contact, unless law or disputes require otherwise. Cookie choices last up to 6 months before a new request.
Technical and security logs are retained for limited periods under provider settings. Free-form chat is not used as a commercial archive.
7. Rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent, and lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
